What is the difference between an Individual & Corporate Account?

Individual Account

Each lunch is priced at £5 + £2 delivery per box.

We deliver to the following postcodes [EC1-4, WC1-2, SE1, E1, W1, SW1] only.

Delivery is made within 90 minutes each day (although we aim for sub 60 minutes) between 10 AM – 2PM.

If you order before 10 AM or in advance we will deliver by 11.30 AM each day.


Corporate Account

Delivery is added separately for the whole order rather than per lunch box.

Delivery is available across London (and beyond) for a fee depending on your postcode (usually £15 – 30 if London based).

Choose a 30 minute delivery window throughout the day to suit you.

48 hours order notice is require.

Choose from an extended menu with platters, desserts and sandwiches.

Individual Account FAQ

How do I order?

You can order our Daily Special Lunch Box online up to 2PM each day.



On the day there is 1 daily special available, which is vegetarian, or you can top with meat or fish and add a snack too. If you order 48 hours in advance there will be 5 options available to choose from.

How much is a lunch box?

Our super vegetarian or vegan lunch boxes prepared by professional chefs are £5 per head.

Delivery by bicycle to your desk within 90 minutes (although we shoot for 60 minutes max) is £2 per lunch box.

An 80g portion meat or fish such as free-range chicken breast, pulled pork or sustainably caught salmon fillet for £1.50.

Snacks range from £1 – £1.50.


What is your delivery radius?

We currently deliver to the following postcodes [EC1-4, WC1-2, SE1, E1, W1, SW1] and are hoping to expand our individual delivery route soon. We can deliver across London and beyond for groups (within reason. No air travel at the moment sorry)..

How long does delivery take?

Lunch boxes are sustainably delivered by bicycle within 90 minutes (although we shoot for sub 60).

How will it arrive?

Your lunch will arrive with one of our bicycle couriers (look out for our turquoise jackets). We will call you when we are outside and try and leave your lunch at reception or somewhere safe if we can’t get through to you. If you have a unique request leave as much info as possible in your order notes when ordering. It will arrive in an individual fully recyclable lunch box with a main meal, snack (if you ordered one), knife, fork & napkin.


There are no minimum orders. By creating an account, you are allowing us to save your delivery and contact details so you can easily check out. We don’t save your card details or lock you into a subscription. Simply head to our website each day by 2PM to order.

What if my order is late or missing?

We’re a small but growing start up team. We will do our best to fix any issues so let us know as soon as you are aware.

Do you offer discounts if I refer a friend?

Help us spread the Lunch BXD love…If you refer a new customer and they type (referral: your name) in their order notes with their first order we will issue you both with a 50% off discount code for your next lunch box order.

Corporate Account FAQ

How do I order?

Group orders can be placed through our website with 48 working hours notice (by 12 PM two working days before). This is so we can order food in specifically for you (we do this to minimise waste). More information on our group platters can be found here.


Delivery is worked out depending on your post code for usually between a £10 – 30 to Central London postcodes. You can choose a 30 minute delivery window to suit you.


Lunch boxes start at £6 and platters at £5.50 plus delivery (around £15 – 30 depending on your location). 


You can pay instantly online, over the phone or by invoice with 30 day terms. Simply choose the option that suits you when you check out online.

Do you offer discounts or partnerships?

We can offer regular deliveries and office partnerships with discounted pricing and perks. Current promotions include:

1 x free lunch for the office manager booking in a corporate lunch (for orders over 20 people). Simply add the code OFFICEMANAGER to your order online and state which lunch box you would like in the Order Notes (must be a lunch already on your order).

10% off if you set up a weekly delivery for 4 consecutive weeks. Please confirm what dates you would like lunch on by email and we will generate a unique code for you to use online.

Ask a new company to use the code BROWNIES online and state your name and business in the Order Notes and we will provide you both with a free tray of brownies and a 10% off code with your next order.

How do you help collect orders?

Collecting orders can be a faff! We can either send a split of options (usually three – one meat, one fish and one veg) or we can create a form online for your office like this. We can then use this form to finalise numbers and orders so all you have to do is send around the link and enjoy your lunch box.

I want to order for a large group with a bespoke menu?

Not a problem. We can cater for requests, just email us with your preferences and budget and we can put together some options for you.

I want Lunch BXD to pop up at my event!

Fab, we can provide branding and smiling staff with your delivery to help hand out mini pots or lunch boxes. Past pop ups include Virgin, Ticketmaster, Jack Wills and Welltodo. Drop Naomi an email and we’ll be in touch to discuss how it could work for you.

We can also organise wellness talks with nutritional talks, lunches and fitness classes.

What if I have allergies?

We list the ingredients and allergens next to all our dishes online and in the website footer. All our dishes may contain traces of all allergens including nuts due to the compact size of our commercial kitchen. We’d love to cater for allergies one day when we have more space.

Where can I find nutritional information about the salads?

Next to each salad when you order you will find nutritional information. Full details are also in the homepage footer and don’t forget to check out our journal too which we update regularly with nutritional tips and recipes.

Can I stock your salads in my cafe or shop?

Yes we stock a number of our salads in cafes, shops and juice bars which are delivered on a daily basis. More information can be found here.
